Managed Network Services
Area of support includes:
- Managed services includes all support on-site and off-site excluding hardware failure replacement after warranty period.
- Maintenance includes System OS and Firmware Patch updates from time-to-time (Frequency: Approx 1-3 months with new updates and security patches).
- Urgent system failure support included with 12x5x6 - 12hrs a day, 5 working days per week, delivery within 6 hours.
- Temporary loan hardware setup will be provided to get internet running should there be any key component hardware failed to work (Eg. Gateway, Main Switch, Study Area AP), until hardware replacement is performed.
